Updated information on the Attorney General’s Guidance series
As part of the Attorney General’s continued commitment to transparent working in the Criminal Justice System the Attorney General’s Guidance series has been revised and updated. The Attorney General’s Guidance is a series of publicly available documents designed to assist agencies involved in the Criminal Justice System and demonstrate how prosecution decisions are made.
The revised guidance has been renumbered and documents covering different aspects of the same topic area have been consolidated into a single document for ease of use. The revised documents replace all previous versions of the Attorney General’s Guidance.
